AN UPDATE & AN OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE THE GAME!
The mission of Game-Changers is to: Encourage and Equip Men for Biblical Leadership in the Home, Church and Community.
2025 & BEYOND
We are in the process of establishing the framework for Game-Changers that will build and create momentum in 2025, with the vision of having a large-scale regional men’s event annually, beginning in the summer of 2026.
It is for these reasons we are seeking your help and support. We have five Game-Changers events in 2025, tentatively scheduled for Feb 23, April 27, June 22, Sept 14, and Nov 16, as well as our Sky Camp Men’s Retreat March 14-16. Chad Williams is confirmed to speak on Sunday February 23rd.
Although not yet confirmed, Victor Marx and Chad Robichaux will likely speak in either April, June or September. Chad and Victor both have large national followings associated with their ministries. We are initiating communications to have either Tony Dungy (Super Bowl winning coach) or Mike Riley (former Beaver head coach & NFL head coach) as a guest speaker. Lastly, we are planning to invite Josh Bidwell back again during the 2025 college football season on November 16th. Lastly, part of our vision would be to include an honorarium budget for Joey Meador from Athey Creek to travel down from Portland and lead praise for these 5 events, contingent on his availability.
BUDGET
Edgewater Christian Fellowship provides Game-Changers with an annual budget of $20 - $24,000 for these events. Keeping tickets at $10-$15 per person for each event helps us get as many men in attendance as possible which raises some additional funds. Game-Changers has a shortfall for its budget year to support the mission and vision for 2025, which includes bringing in our speakers for the events.
OPPORTUNITY
For the 2025 Game-Changers fiscal year and beyond, we are seeking a minimum of five business and ten individuals who can partner with Game-Changers and share the same mission to Encourage and Equip Men for Biblical Leadership in the Home, Church and Community.
The business partnership would be for a minimum of $5,000 and the individual partnership would be a minimum of $1,000. With partner commitments at this level, Game-Changers can move forward with booking our speakers, growing the Game-Changers ministry, and positively affecting change in the lives of men in our Southern Oregon communities.
Administrative costs for Game-Changers are being kept to a minimum so that the donated and raised funds can be used to acquire impactful speakers and put on life-changing events. Some of the ways we save money are by doing all marketing and building the Game Changers website in-house, doing direct mail, having a large footprint that we manage in social media and making direct in-person visits to churches and businesses by myself and our volunteer staff.
Additionally, The Dove has committed to providing a few thousand dollars of radio and tv advertising per event for Game-Changers. This is a huge blessing and important to the success of the ministry.

I rarely go a day without hearing multiple testimonies from men and their wives who have expressed how much the Game-Changers ministry has blessed them. Local business leaders, local community leaders, local politicians, families, and others have reached out to thank me for the impact Game-Changers is having on individuals and the community. SPEAKERS AND BIOS:
CHAD WILLIAMS author and US NAVY SEAL
Chad was Game-Changers guest speaker in 2023 and we had a full-house. About 100 men gave their lives to Christ that night with about 2-3 dozen men getting baptized.
Chad Williams is a former U.S. Navy SEAL, having served his country with distinction on SEAL Teams 1 and 7. While on active duty, March 14, 2007, Chad’s life was eternally changed as he apprehended the weaponized-message of the Gospel. A new man with a new mission, he understood that his future mission in life was to advance ground for God’s Kingdom. After completing 6 years of service, Chad went on to author the best-selling book SEAL of God (over 100,000 copies in print). Today, Chad has spoken at over 300 faith-based events, fortune 500 companies, and contributes expert analysis related to military affairs for major news networks.
Chad's deepest passion and desire in life is to communicate the life-changing message of the Gospel by drawing from his experiences in the SEAL Teams on and off the battlefield, to convey overcoming a lack of purpose, hope and meaninglessness. CHAD ROBICHAUX
Former Force Recon Marine, Pro MMA Champion, Founder of Mighty Oaks Foundation Chad M. Robichaux first burst onto the scene when he became a professional MMA World Champion. Prior to his Mixed Martial Arts career, he served in the military as a Special Operations Force Recon Marine. Chad now focuses his time on helping veterans recover from PTSD through the Mighty Oaks Foundation, which he founded.

VICTOR MARX
At the tender age of 5, Victor was molested and left in a commercial cooler to die. He endured a childhood marked with physical and sexual abuse, multiple stepfathers, 14 schools, and 17 different houses. Later in life, he used drugs and alcohol to help numb the pain and, after his time in the Marines, was diagnosed with mental illness and PTSD. To most people, it seemed like Victor would never find a way to escape his life of pain and trauma–but God had other plans!
Today, Victor is a husband of 30 years, a father to five, and has used his military background to put his boots to the ground in places like Syria, Iraq, and Cambodia to physically rescue over 45,000 women and children from sex trafficking and other evil. His ministry, All Things Possible, exists to identify, interrupt and restore those affected by trauma all over the world.
